A Gentle Approach to Social and Speaking Confidence

Guided Hypnosis

After settling and relaxing, a warm courtyard offers a setting for exploring connection, everyday conversations and speaking in a group. You can follow through images, sensations or simply the meaning of the words. The session finishes with a gradual return to alertness.

The Letting Go Process

Notice the feelings that arise, give them some space and explore softening the effort around them. You do not need to force confidence or get rid of every uncomfortable feeling before you can take part.

Carefully Selected Theta Music

Mystic Dawn (Theta) plays quietly beneath Theo’s narration, with gentle fades at the beginning and end.
