Letting Go Hypnosis mobile app
This section also applies to the Letting Go Hypnosis app, including the Android app com.lettinggolabs.lettinggoapp. Letting Go Labs Ltd operates the app. You can browse the catalogue and listen to the free recordings without creating an account. An account is needed to link purchases to your library and restore account access.
App account information. If you create an account or sign in, we process your email address, account user ID and authentication information. If you choose social sign-in, the provider may also supply a profile name, provider account identifier and available profile information such as a profile-picture URL. Our authentication provider handles passwords securely; passwords are not used for marketing. Account information is used to create and manage your account, authenticate you, protect access and provide support.
Purchases and your library. We process recording or bundle identifiers, store product IDs, order or transaction identifiers, purchase verification information, purchase status and the access rights attached to your account. Where you use the same email for website purchases and your confirmed app account, we use it to link eligible website purchases to your app library. We use this information to verify purchases, unlock recordings, restore access, prevent fraudulent claims and handle refunds. Google Play processes Android in-app payments. We do not receive or store your full payment-card details through the app.
Audio delivery and information on your device. Requests for catalogue information, purchase verification and secure audio links are sent to our backend over HTTPS. The service processes the recording requested and, for paid recordings, the account and access rights needed to authorize listening or downloading. Service providers may retain technical and security request logs. Saved recording selections, playback positions and downloaded audio are stored locally on your device by the app. The app does not upload your microphone recordings, contacts or personal documents.
Providers and security. Supabase provides app authentication, database hosting and secure audio storage and delivery on our behalf. Google Play processes purchases and supplies the transaction information needed for verification. Social sign-in providers process the sign-in you choose. We disclose only the information needed for those functions and for legal or security requirements. App account and purchase data is transmitted using HTTPS encryption. We do not sell this information or use it to create advertising profiles. The current app does not include an advertising or third-party behavioural analytics SDK.
Retention. We keep account information while it is needed to provide your account and library. Purchase and entitlement records may be retained to provide permanent access, process refunds, prevent duplicate or fraudulent purchase claims, and meet legal, tax and accounting requirements. Technical and security logs are retained only as needed for operating and protecting the service. Account deletion does not cancel a purchase or automatically delete transaction records held independently by Google Play or other payment providers.
Request deletion of app account and data. You can request deletion without installing the app by emailing support@lettinggohypnosis.com with the subject “Delete my Letting Go Hypnosis account” from the email address used for your account. Specify whether you want the app account and associated personal data deleted, or only particular data removed. We may verify ownership before acting. We delete or anonymise account and profile data that is no longer needed; limited transaction records may remain where required for legal, tax, accounting, refund or fraud-prevention reasons. Deleting an account removes access associated with that account, so contact support first if you need help preserving proof of a purchase. Local downloads and preferences can be removed by clearing app storage or uninstalling the app.
